its called Mexican chicken stir fry and its quite popular in my household
3-4 chicken tenders
1 large green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 large jar salsa
1 can or 1 package frozen corn
First cook the chicken tenders until they are fully cooked. Cut into small pieces.
Add the chopped green pepper and onions, salsa and corn (if frozen precook). Bring to boil and simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve over rice

This is my first post so please bear with me. I am trying to get some last minute projects done before this Sunday. I did manage to finish the napkins for my family and myself, one bread cloth and towel and now I am working on my last bread cloth. As soon as I can figure out how to add photos I will.
